Swiss??tel Istanbul is located in the center of the city in a park setting on the European banks of the Bosphorus. The 65-acre gardens of the hotel were previously the gardens of the Dolmabahce Palace, which was the last residence of the Ottoman Sultans. Situated on a wooded hilltop, the hotel commands panoramic views of the Bosphorus, Asian coast, and the old city of Istanbul. The volley of on-site dining includes La Corne d'Or (with a summer terrace), Miyako (with views of the Japanese gardens, the winter-only Swiss Chalet (constructed from the pieces of a 100-year-old chalet imported from Switzerland), Taslik Turkish Restaurant, Ku Kong, the poolside Oasis (summer), Lobby Lounge, Les Ambassadeurs (jazz bar), Cafe Suisse, and Jacuzzi Health Restaurant, which is located in the Bosphorous Spa and Wellness Center.
